Genuine believers are not known by their big Bible, neither
by their constant committed service in the church. A committed believer is not
known by the level of his/her anointing in preaching and speaking in tongues. I
don't recognize a genuine believer by their Heavenly and Glorious pattern in
singing hymn, praise and worship songs. You may possess the grace in giving
support to the Church or helping others, but that doesn't qualify you as a
genuine believer.
You may possess the grace in singing wondrous worship songs,
that would even makes God to arise from his throne, but that doesn't make you a
standard and refined believer. You may possess the Grace in preaching with
Heavenly anointing that can cause sober reflections in the heart of sinners and
making them to embrace Christ, yet it doesn't guarantee your stands as a genuine
believer with strong root-foundation--NO!
Your name might be in the Book of Life today with divinely assurance
but that doesn't attest you as a genuine believer in the Lord. Moreover your
name isn't permanently stamp in such a glorious Book. It
might enter there today and got blotted out tomorrow due failure to overcome to
trials and challenges of life; specifically because you are not yet rooted
spiritually
Everyday new names are been documented into the Book of Life
while old names are been erased and transferred to the Book of Death. Once your
name appear in the Book of Life, you're expected to seek for immediate authority
with painful sacrifice on how to retained such name permanently because "Once save is NOT Saved Forever"
ONCE SAVED AND NOT
ALWAYS SAVED
Here are some proofs against the “Once Saved Always Saved belief”. Revelation
12:10 “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and
strength, and the kingdom of our GOD, and the power of HIS CHRIST: for the
accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our GOD day and
night" NOW if the “brethren”
that are “Once Saved” were “Always Saved” then why is the accuser
of the brethren still able to accuse them? Even day and night before GOD?
You
would think that if they were “Always
Saved” it would be pointless for the accuser to accuse them–why would he
waste his time Previously. Once Saved Always Saved doctrine is false and of
course belongs by lukewarm churches because it goes along with the lukewarm way
“Praise the Lord, your salvation can’t be
lost so do whatever you want” That doctrine is from the pit of Hell assigned to cage
believers into perpetual bondage of un-seriousness and carelessness in guiding and
securing their salvation with all zeal with spiritual warfare.
That is reason
why majority are adamant and always kept abusing the grace of God because they
are not genuinely recognized in Heaven as a child of God. Nevertheless, as a strong devoted believer you can still
fall from that mountain of Holiness any moment because the Devil hasn't
given-up hope on you. You might be born again since 19-Abraham and received the
Holy Ghost since 19-Moses, yet the devil hasn't given-up hope in bringing you
down to your vomit.
You might be pastor, an evangelist, bishop, prophet or
deacon but that doesn’t qualify as a heavenly candidate—they are worthless
earthly entitlement. You might be a great preacher of our generation and can
preach gloriously and worn millions of souls; but that doesn’t ascertain you as
a genuine believer. The great tragedy in Christendom today is that a minister
will be preaching about Hell fire while he is also hasting to the Hell he is
preaching about.
Many ministers of God often think that the more they preach
the more the gate of Heaven would be open unto them—that is wrong perceptive. One
of the Great warnings God gave to me towards the end of last year was that "Son before you preach any sermon to
brethren first preach it to yourself” If you are to preach about hell, check if you are hasting to
Hell.
If you are to preach about heaven check if you are qualified to enter
there. If you are to preach about sanctification check if you are really
sanctified. If you are to preach about rapture, ask yourself if you truly
prepared. If you are to preach about faith and trust In God, check yourself if
you have the same in your life.
HOW T RECOGNIZE A
GENUINE CHRISTIAN BELIEVER
Whatever spiritual works you indulge doesn't make you genuine
believer. Hence, if you still find it difficult to overcome discouragement amounted
due to trial of faith, yet to passed through or graduate from university of
tears—your Christian faith should be questionable. A genuine Christian believer
are known by the LEVEL of persecutions, trials of faith, disappointment, pains
and struggling embed around them and the gracious ability and endurance in
overcoming and withstanding such discouragement of the Cross.
However, discouragement serves a raw material tool often
used by the devil against Christian. Any believer that is yet to be persecuted
for righteous sake, mocked, hated, disappointed and abused is still a baby
Christian and his/her spiritual life ought to be questioned. Howbeit, another
word for Christianity is suffering. Therefore, if you are yet to felt the torn
and burden of the cross, certainly your Christian life is amateur.
Perhaps, you hate to see yourself been mocked, gossiped and
abused for the cause of Heavenly race; you still have a long-way ahead.
Probably you are the type that hate to accept insult, gossips and abuse from
brethren, colleague or school mates with humble approach--You ought to awake
from slumbering now! Maybe you are the type that hate to be discouraged,
disappointed, you hate and dislike those calling you bad names and also find it
very difficult to reconcile or apologize to them---you are still far-behind.
Maybe
you are the type of believer in Christ that can't withstand the abusing
language and irritating character of your spouse, neighbor or Lagos state
Nigeria, bus conductor's without retaliating or holding your peace---You are
still far!. Probably you are the type of Christian that find it very
difficult to APOLOGIZE to someone who intentionally offend, cursed, abused,
slapped or beat you-up without no cause or reason---You are still far behind
from the way to the cross.
WHAT YE DO, MORE
THAN OTHER?
What have you done in your course of heavenly-race that
others have not done? Dear beloved, you need to wake-up. Christianity isn't
been self-righteous. Christianity isn't all about going to church, preaching or
evangelizing the gospel. Christianity isn't all about fasting and praying,
meditating or studying the scriptures, "RATHER
BEEN THE DOER OF THE WORD"
Christianity is not THEORY, it's PRATICAL, manifesting and
exhibiting what you are been taught OUTWARDLY with PROVE of evidence. Christianity
is not hate, anger, quarrel, retaliating, malice, grudges, bitterness, or justifying
one-self. That is erroneous and the greatest deception you can incur to
yourself is to deceive yourself. You sincerely knew you are not living right or
portraying a righteous tag; yet you always behold yourself sojourned to heaven.
That is the greatest deceptive against oneself. What hinder you
from confessing you flaws unto God seek for his grace and get in rightful tune
with him instead of deceiving yourself of making heaven? However, you are
expected to work out your salvation, discipline yourself in counseling and
encouragement and tendering your entire being unto God. Allow him to turn you up-side down, to re-mold and re-shape
your character and self.
Don't hide yourself from problems and troubles of
life. Don't run from persecutions and trials of faith. Don't say no to
struggling, needy or poverty. Don't be afraid of death, bad-news,
disappointment, discouragement and sorrow. But always cherish and accept them with good faith. They are
the great army of the Lord sent to strengthen your faith and commitment unto
God.
"Job said, For the thing which I greatly
feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me” Job
3;25. Learn and study from others who have gotten ahead of you
spiritually. Learn from their mistakes and blue-print which they left-behind
during their ministry course and also ensure you examine, strive and work daily
in growth of your spiritual life.
WHY DO CHRISTIAN
OUGHT TO PASS THROUGH TRIAL OF FAITH
God intentionally allows you to go through painful
experiences so that you know how to help those in pain because he comforts us
in all our troubles and wants us to learn from his fair treatment and transfer
it to others when the need arises. 2 Timothy 3;10-12 “But thou hast
fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering,
charity, patience, Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at
Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord
delivered me. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer
persecution”
You’re shaped by your experiences in life both good and bad,
though most of which were beyond your control but God allowed them for His
purpose of molding you to what he wants you to be. Take for example, with the
case of Job, God allowed Satan to do everything to Job except to kill him and
what was Jobs reaction? “Though he may slay me, yet
I hope in Him (Job 13: 15).
Job did not understand why God had allowed the things He did
but knew God was good and therefore continued to trust in Him. Ultimately that
should be our reaction as well and not crying and shouting “God why me?” and speaking ill of Him in some cases. Rather be
thankful for everything that happens to you because GREAT BELIEVERS are strengthens
through struggles, storms and seasons of suffering. Remember, there can never
be rain without storm and neither will there be harvest without rain.
In the end of the struggles you will come out victorious and
you will realize the true intention of God was far different from what you have
always thought. Another reason why God allow Christian to pass through
trials and challenges of life even when you’re his child is not to make you cry,
but It’s his deliberate act to shape your heart to love him more. So God
allowed those things which you see unfair because He knows a tree that is blown
by tough wind always grow strong root.
Every trials and challenges you encounter in your eternity-race
is just to make you strong and eradicate the fear of evil and death. So whatever
you face, be patient with God because He knows what He is doing. Please always
encourage yourself in the Lord and ensure you persevered the Joy of your salvation
because that is your ultimate key of been sustained spiritually in the kingdom.
I pray, may the Lord God continue to strengthen you all to remain faithful in
overcoming trials and challenges as a genuine believer in Jesus name
